SCCDC employees are highly trained and dedicated individuals. The agency values their service to the children, families and the organization. Their commitment is unprecedented in this day and age.
Few organizations can consider themselves as fortunate as SCCDC when it comes to employee participation and commitment.
Training/Education-All SCCDC employees receive 15-20 hours of training annually related to their positions. Staff maintain certifications, educational requirements and have appropriate educational degrees
and credentials for their positions.
Almost 50% of SCCDC's current
employees were former parents
in our programs.
